Last updated after GW36.
🔫 Arsenal 🔫
📊 Recent Form: L-W-L-L-L
⚽️ Current Formation: 4-4-2
📝 Current Lineup: Lots of rotation at Arsenal at the moment, and considering their poor form, and the Europa League semi-final coming up, we would expect this to continue. Aubameyang and Lacazette started up front together in GW36, but The Gunners lost 3-0 to Leicester!! Mkhitaryan and Iwobi were given the nod in the wide positions, with Torreira and Xhaka in central midfield. Koscielny was on the bench, and Monreal was absent altogether. Maitland-Niles started at right-back, but got himself sent off!! Sokratis and Mustafi were the central defensive pairing.
🔮 Predicted Changes: Extremely hard to predict considering the poor form, and upcoming European games!! Arsenal face Brighton up next, but with rotation expected, we wouldn’t recommend snapping up any Gunners! Brighton will be fighting for their lives, and Arsenal have conceded 3 goals in each of their last 3 games; don’t sign an Arsenal defender despite the good fixture!
👀 One To Watch: None. The team is hard to predict, and they’ve lost three games in a row!
🍒 Bournemouth 🍒
📊 Recent Form: L-L-W-L-D
⚽️ Current Formation: 4-4-2
📝 Current Lineup: Fraser was surprisingly benched on Saturday, due to a minor injury, but was soon called upon as Mepham suffered an injury. Fellow star players King, Wilson, and Brooks all started. Steve Cook continued in defence after his recent return from injury.
🔮 Predicted Changes: Hard to predict at the moment, as Bournemouth suffered a few injuries against Southampton. Fraser is likely to come in from the start, and Hyndman will partner Lerma if Gosling is ruled out. Cook and Ake should be partnered in defence, with Clyne and Simpson continuing as full-backs.
👀 Ones To Watch: All of The Cherries’ best players will be taken in all active leagues, and there doesn’t seem to be any low ownership players to target. Lerma has been scoring ok in Togga, so he could be one to consider for the final two games.
🔵 Brighton and Hove Albion ⚪️
📊 Recent Form: L-L-D-L-D
⚽️ Current Formation: 4-4-1-1
📝 Current Lineup: Brighton started with Andone and Izquierdo in attacking positions in GW36, but that was a bit of a disaster! March and Knockaert replaced those two Chaps in the second half, and Brighton looked a lot better for it!! Gross and Murray were the central attacking players. Bruno continued at right back.
🔮 Predicted Changes: We would expect March and Knockaert to start the last couple of games; Brighton looked so much better with those two in the side alongside Gross and Murray. Kayal left the field with an injury, so Bissouma is likely to partner Stephens for the GW37 trip to Arsenal.
👀 Ones To Watch: Gross, March, and Knockaert are decent targets on Draft Fantasy and Fantrax ahead of the final two games. Yes, Brighton have tough games, but they are one of the few sides in the league who actually have something to play for!
🍷 Burnley 🍷
📊 Recent Form: W-W-W-D-L
⚽️ Current Formation: 4-4-2
📝 Current Lineup: It’s still the classic Burnley 4-4-2 at the moment, with Barnes and Wood leading the line, and Hendrick and McNeil on the wings. Gudmundsson and Brady continue to wait for an opportunity. Pretty much the standard Burnley lineup elsewhere, with Taylor continuing at left-back, and Lowton at right-back.
🔮 Predicted Changes: We wouldn’t expect many changes, considering Burnley are pretty settled. Gudmundsson may come into the side, but as The Clarets face a good Everton side in GW37, the more defensive Hendrick should remain in the side.
👀 Ones To Watch: Any of Barnes, Wood, and McNeil would be a good addition to any Draft Team. McNeil is performing especially well on Togga, even without attacking returns. Wood and Barnes will have opportunities to score during the remaining two games.
🔵 Cardiff City 🔵
📊 Recent Form: L-L-W-L-L
⚽️ Current Formation: 4-3-3
📝 Current Lineup: Cardiff went down 1-0 to already relegated Fulham, and they are all-but relegated now. They need at least four points from their final two games to stand a chance of surviving!! Camarasa continues to be the main man, as he’s the creative influence behind Niasse, Mendez-Laing, and Hoilett. Reid, Zohore, and Ward are waiting in the wings on the bench, but youngster Murphy has been dropped from the squad completely. The defence remains the same as in the last month of so, with Bamba out injured.
🔮 Predicted Changes: We wouldn’t expect many changes, as Warnock doesn’t really have many options. The attacking three could be changed around a bit for the GW37 fixture against Crystal Palace, but we’re not sure if the players that would come in would offer anything better.
👀 Ones To Watch: Niasse could be one to bring in if you need a GW37 striker… he’s starting every game at the moment. Camarasa is the key pick from Cardiff – he’s on set pieces and is their best player. Morrison could be worth a shot this weekend, he has clean sheet potential, as well as a goal threat.
